Each individual is permitted to hold one winpk account only. Bank transfers may take one to three banking business days to credit to the destination account depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain network conditions.
winpk reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the verified account holder's name.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section. These amounts are denominated in PKR and may be updated by winpk from time to time without prior notice.
winpk does not impose any withdrawal processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Any fees displayed at the withdrawal stage are charged by your payment provider, not by winpk.
winpk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. A bet is only accepted and binding once winpk's system has issued a confirmed bet receipt.
In the event of a technical fault, malfunction, or connectivity disruption affecting a game or betting market, winpk reserves the right to void the relevant game round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. winpk is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

winpk does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and circumstances outside winpk's reasonable control may result in Platform downtime. winpk is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of such downtime.
